Jade Raymond, the producer of Ubisoft's popular game Assassin's Creed. Jade Raymond is attractive, or in male-speak HOT, so while she was promoting her game, some people started a rumour that she was just being used by Ubisoft to promote the game.
Ubisoft, they alleged, was banking on male gamers getting fixated on Jade's good looks and being tempted to buy Assassin's Creed. To drive this theory further someone created a highly offensive and sexist cartoon, which is described here. Of course the cartoonist was taking pot-shots at Ubisoft, for trying to fool young impressionable gamers into buying their game, but he ended up offending the poor girl.

Because Jade is intelligent and creative like her male co-workers, she just happens to be good-looking! Not her fault. Anyway a lawsuit was filed and the cartoon was removed....since then bloggers have been debating the whole issue....the creative freedom of the cartoonist, the motives of Ubisoft, the reputation of Jade raymond, etc.
Interestingly Jade Raymond, who is Canadian, also appears on the TV series Electric Playground as a co-host. Watch her video on YouTube:
At the end of it all did the controversy help the sales of Assassin's Creed for Ubisoft?
